Using Kovor

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login details safe.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the service.
• Use Kovor to send spam or harmful content.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before any price change takes effect.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the data you bring to Kovor. You grant us the rights needed to run the service on your behalf. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Kovor and its software, design, and content belong to us. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. You use Kovor at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kovor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using Kovor at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Sections that should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
